Joe provides direct executive oversight to DSS operations across our entire operating footprint and serves as one of the company’s business development leaders. He fosters a cohesive, efficient, and ethical team committed to client relations, employee development, and the achievement of our strategic objectives. His exceptional leadership has consistently guided frontline managers, while simultaneously strengthening client relationships. In addition to his executive oversight of DSS operations, Joe plays a key role in the company’s business development efforts.
With more than 20 years of private sector security experience serving Fortune 500 clients both nationally and internationally, Joe has been instrumental in the organic growth of two regional companies. He also played a vital role as part of the senior executive teams that led both companies through national expansions by delivering top-tier operational support on a regional level.
Throughout his career, Joe has spearheaded initiatives to customize security services for clients, including risk mitigation, emergency and disaster recovery responses, training programs and procedures for client locations, and executive protection teams for high-profile assignments. His extensive experience also includes managing large- scale security programs for high-profile clients such as American Express, Barclays, S&P Global, Nasdaq, TelevisaUnivision, Viacom, Paramount, and CBS.
Joe’s firsthand experience protecting these high-profile locations has equipped him with a deep understanding of stringent corporate security policies, protocols, and the unique needs and expectations of these clients. He has built a remarkable track record of client satisfaction and retention throughout his career. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders in the security profession and giving back to the industry.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Administration from Iona University in New York. Additionally, Joe is an active member and contributor to ASIS International, BOMA, and IFMA, and currently serves on the board of the ASIS International Steering Committee and the ASIS International New York City Chapter.
