John Kalle
John oversees DSS’ strategic expansion and customer satisfaction and retention. He is focused on building new customer partnerships, maintaining existing customer relationships, delivering the highest quality of service to our clients, and expanding our company’s geographic footprint. John reports directly to the President.
As our company expands organically – through the addition of new customers, not through mergers or acquisitions – DSS wanted to provide direct executive oversight, which is dedicated solely to building new customer partnerships, maintaining existing customer relationships, and expanding our company’s geographic footprint.
John is a natural fit for the role of Vice President of Business Development & Quality Assurance. He has over 40 years of experience in the contract security industry, managing large client portfolios and leading sales teams for major regional and national contract security services providers.
He has served as Director of Security for a large international real estate development firm and as District Manager, Regional Vice President, and Vice President (for 15 years) for leading national security services providers.
John is active in various industry organizations, including the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College.
